It covers the skills necessary to actively coach and mentor newly promnoted people and junior managers. It also supoports managers in actively supporting organisational growth and facilitating change by nurturing talent and enabling learning and development.
We cover appropriate interpersonal, communication, planning and organisational skills at this level, together with a look at the ethical issues that need to be considered.
