| The focus of the qualification is on using coaching as an improvement tool, helping Team Leaders and first line managers to pas on their experience and expertise to others.
This is a very practical qualification, with sufficient theory to meet the standards of a level 3 qualification and enough practical to send people back to the work place to make a difference.
We cover appropriate interpersonal, communication, planning and organisational skills at this level together with a look at the ethical issues that need to be considered.
